Three-time All-Star guard Donovan Mitchell missed the All-Star Game with a non-Covid related respiratory illness, but the Jazz guard is back in action and played on Friday night against the Dallas Mavericks.
The Jazz picked up some momentum heading into the All-Star break, winning six of seven games, but will be now looking to continue that as the regular season reaches its final stages.
“We’ve done a lot of good things the past two to three weeks. We’ve got some work to do as a group,” Mitchell said. “But I think we can look back, especially the past month, even though January was rough, and say, ‘OK, like, we can really do some things.”
